Stefon Diggs' touchdown is incorrectly stated in the update posted today, as having occurred with 10 seconds remaining, indicating that there were 10 seconds on the clock after the touchdown. < This is incorrect.
To be correct, the statement should read something like this:
The play started with 10 seconds remaining in the 4th quarter - Vikings quarterback Case Keenum connected with Diggs - and time expired as Stefon ran across the goal line, showing 0:00 on the clock. Rules require a point after attempt after a touchdown. So the Vikings assembled on the field with 0:00 remaining, and the quarterback took a knee to end the game.
See the following from USAToday: "Vikings receiver Stefon Diggs scored the game-winning 61-yard touchdown as time expired, as Saints safety Marcus Williams dove at his legs rather than trying for a tackle."

- Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Sam Sailor 22:32, 15 January 2018 (UTC)
- Additionally, the phrase "...with X seconds left..." in any football article (whether on Wikipedia or in regular journalism) is generally understood to apply at the start of the play, as it does here. There is no increase in reader comprehension or accuracy by complying with some notion of technical correctness. The information about the useless extra point play is not about Diggs. Change Ministota Vikings to Buffalo Bills. 216.248.113.32 (talk) 19:20, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
- Not done Trade cannot be completed until tomorrow at 4PM EST. Eagles 24/7 (C) 19:24, 17 March 2020 (UTC)
Pending trade
[edit]Going to post this at WT:NFL as well, but according to this article, there will likely be many delays in announcing trades (and possibly signings) due to travel restrictions from coronavirus. I'm not sure it makes sense to include the trade information here per WP:RSBREAKING, especially due to these factors. Eagles 24/7 (C) 12:31, 18 March 2020 (UTC)

Change jersey number in the infobox to 14, per this Instagram post from the Buffalo Bills that shows Stefon wearing #14. 68.172.161.29 (talk) 20:25, 21 March 2020 (UTC)
- Not done: That looks like just a jersey swap. Another player wears #14 and Diggs' number is not yet listed on the Bills' roster page. JTP (talk • contribs) 02:00, 24 March 2020 (UTC)

[edit]I looked online and Stefon Diggs’s birthplace is listed on all other sources other than Wikipedia as Gaithersburg, MD not Alexandria, VA. I can not find where Wikipedia got that information as not other sites on the web agree with Wikipedia except sites that copied from Wikipedia this Baltimore Sun article is the only one that mentions Stefon Diggs and Alexandria, VA https://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/terps/bs-sp-terps-stefon-diggs-0805-20130801-story.html and this article says Stefon Diggs’s home is Alexandria, VA which is not duplicated by any other source https://thevikingage.com/2016/11/14/minnesota-vikings-shining-star-stefon-diggs/ 69.243.55.14 (talk) 21:30, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
