I think this is incorrect. In my understanding "occupatio" is when an author feigns unwillingness to express something that (s)he expresses by way of the occupatio.

I don't know what Apophasis is, but in Roman law, occupatio was a method of acquiring ownership. So this page clearly shouldn't be a redirect. ImTheIP (talk) 19:31, 9 June 2017 (UTC)
