Wikipedia summary on Google search page needs to list all 5 of John Edwards' children, not just 4.
[edit]While the Wikipedia page correctly lists the names of the 5 children sired by John Edwards, the Wikipedia page that comes up on the Google page when searching for news about John Edwards does not list Frances Quinn Hunter as his 5th child. Is there any way to correct this, please? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.226.8.226 (talk) 19:14, 26 May 2012 (UTC)
Should article be split?
[edit]Should the Affair/Investigate/Indictement/Trial be split off to a seperate article? The main article is 70kb. Also, the affair and resulting trial are notable in their own right. Can some one at least add
while the matter is being discussed? 214.13.69.132 (talk) 06:37, 2 June 2012 (UTC)
Incorrect date on trial
[edit]Edit Request: On the last paragraph talking about the trial, the date say "July 2012", since it's only June of 2012, I think that needs to be changed. I don't know the exact date of the occurrence. Scott Reed (talk) 18:15, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
- I see that. Thank you. I corrected the dates and the citation to be correct, not just a comment. -- JoannaSerah (talk) 19:53, 18 June 2012 (UTC)
Adding the Jesse Helms category and template
[edit]I attempted to add all of the Senators who had served alongside Jesse Helms and I was able to update everybody until I got to Edwards who is a locked article. As such I need somebody with authority to take care of that for me. Please do so.--24.186.96.236 (talk) 04:21, 18 May 2015 (UTC)
- I don't agree with your additions, and I don't think adding Edwards is a good idea. The connection to Helms is not so foundational. Binksternet (talk) 04:08, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
Fixing broken reference
[edit]Reference 79 on the article, concerning Wade Edwards, is a dead link. A replacement is could be: https://www.congress.gov/crec/1996/04/16/modified/CREC-1996-04-16-pt1-PgS3345-2.htm However I don't have an account and can't make the change. 45.73.149.202 (talk) 20:31, 27 July 2018 (UTC)
Found a typo
[edit]The non-word "sustrained" appears in this article. Can it be changed to "sustained"? Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.106.191.1 (talk) 18:10, 11 May 2021 (UTC)

In the "Order of Precedence" succession box, please replace Lauch Faircloth with Jim Webb, as Faircloth is now deceased. 2601:249:9301:D570:3D06:3B3F:1311:B95 (talk) 02:04, 15 September 2023 (UTC)

Small typo; "Electoral History": Please change "John Ewards [sic] (D) – 1 electoral vote (faithless elector)[54]" to "John Edwards [sic] (D) – 1 electoral vote (faithless elector)[54]." Pxndaz (talk) 19:53, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
- Not done: per [sic] and citation. Hyphenation Expert (talk) 21:03, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
