Description
English: This is the spectrogram of a 40 Hz sine wave tone that was generated at maximum volume, 0 dBFS, then amplified by one decibel such that it is pushed into hard digital clipping. The overall volume increase is by 0.62 decibels. The harmonics which are generated are odd-order, skipping the even-order harmonics.
