Hajmolla Hadi Sabzevari, aka Asrar was born in 1212 LH in Sabzevar and died in 1289 LH. Description of the world from wisdom, Description of days etc are among his books. The tomb's structure of this great philosopher is cruciate's plan and having chambers. This has built by order of Mostofi Al-mamalek then the National Monuments Society repaired and embellished this monument.

این بنا را میرزا یوسف مستوفی‌الممالک بنیان نموده و پس از آن نیز انجمن آثار ملی در سال ۱۳۴۰ ش برای ترمیم و تزئینات بنا اقدام شایسته‌ای انجام داد. بنای آرامگاه این فیلسوف بزرگ مشتمل بر طرحی چلیپایی است که در آن حجره‌ها و اتاق‌هایی ایجاد گردیده‌است. حاج ملا هادی سبزواری ملقب به «اسرار» در سال ۱۲۱۲ ق در سبزوار پای به عرصهٔ حیات نهاد و در سال ۱۲۸۹ ق دار فانی را وداع گفت. از وی آثار ارزشمندی در فلسفه از جمله شرح منظومه در منطق، شرح لیالی، حاشیه بر تجرید و . . . بر جای مانده‌است.

This mausoleum was repaired by the National Monuments Society in 1340 AH (i.e. 1961 AD) and it shows that its construction date is much earlier. According to article 16 of the Iranian copyright law, since this monument belonged to a person in legal position, the author's financial rights would be valid for a period of only 30 years from the date of public presentation. This means the monument was out of copyright protection much earlier than 1370 AH (1991 AD) and I was free to take pictures of it (Please note that there is no freedom of panorama exception in the Iranian copyright law).
