Description Starboard view of HMS SKATE docked at Liverpool. This destroyer brought surrendered U-Boats into Harwich in during the First World War. At this time, it was the last ship of the old "Admiralty R" class to survive, the oldest ship in the Royal Navy and the only three funnelled destroyer.
