Bahasa Indonesia: Poltera memiliki bendera berbentuk empat persegi panjang dengan ukuran panjang berbanding lebar 3:2 (tiga banding dua), berwarna merah hati dengan kode warna RGB 153,0,0 yang pada tepinya diberi rumbai berwarna kuning emas dengan kode warna RGB 218,165,32 dan di tengahnya terdapat lambang Poltera.
