The Block Northway

Good work on removing the tenant list from The Block Northway. There is still a remnant of stuff about tenants (Dave and Buster, e.g.) in the article. Maybe you could revisit the article and fix it. If you wish to create a new article for the caste, then that is what you must explicitly do. Changing the existing town entry into a caste entry effectively delete's the town's article.
