Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain review(s)
Hello Mitaphane. I'm sorry to bother you, but noticed from the reference library that you have review material on Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain (Dec. 1996 and Dec. 1997 of Next Generation Magazine). There's not too much online reception for this game, and I'm going to be overhauling its article as soon as I can, so I would hugely appreciate any scans you could pass on from either of these features, if you have the time and means... Thank you very much in advance. --LoK Wiki (talk) 17:59, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry this is late; I forgot that you would reply on this page. Thanks so much for the scans, and doubly so for being so prompt! They're exactly what I needed and I'll be sure to make good use of them. Highly appreciated! --LoK Wiki (talk) 18:26, 20 March 2013 (UTC)

EGM 161
When you have a chance, can you please scan the review and any other details on Deathrow from EGM 161 (Dec. 2002) p. 250? If you know of any coverage in the surrounding issues, we're scrounging for anything we can find. czar · · 07:05, 2 May 2013 (UTC)
- Here's the review. There might be other coverage about in adjacent issues but I'm not sure where; I was never a regular reader of it. I acquired the large backlog of issues through a friend. --—Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 19:45, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
- Really appreciated. (My old EGMs were tossed years ago—bad decision.) Thank you. Do you have any idea who "David H" (the reviewer) is? Perhaps listed in the masthead or staff section? czar · · 23:25, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
- David Hodgson of Prima Games. I guess they must of had him on as a correspondent for walkthrough, hints, etc. --—Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 23:45, 3 May 2013 (UTC)
- Excellent. Thanks, again. czar · · 01:37, 4 May 2013 (UTC)

Creatures in Next Generation Magazine
Hi Mitaphane! It's come to my attention that there are many articles about early entries in the Creatures series in Next Generation Magazine (spanning May 1997 to May 1998), and that you have access to quite a few of them. Could you please, when you have a chance, see if you could scan any of the following? I've tried to look up the Creatures full review on the Wayback Archive, but sadly it was not preserved.
- There is a preview for Creatures in the May 1997 issue of Next Generation Magazine
- a comparison piece with Tamagotchi in the October 1997 issue ("Finding companionship in a digital age"(From the Tamagotchi to Norns the latest in hip pets))
- a fuller review of Creatures in the November 1997 issue
- an interview with Steve Grand ("The game industry's Dr. Frankenstein"(Steve Grand, Cyberlife)) in the November 1997 issue
- and a preview for Creatures 2 in the May 1998 issue
Thank you very much for any help on this matter. --58.107.231.222 (talk) 01:12, 11 August 2013 (UTC)
- I won't be able to for a couple of months but once I have access to the library I will make the scans then. Check this space back again in October. --—Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 22:54, 12 August 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you for letting me know! :) --58.107.231.222 (talk) 01:29, 15 August 2013 (UTC)

- Thank you for the scans! I've updated the further reading section here in preparation for adding these sources - are the citations all correct? --58.107.231.222 (talk) 06:35, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
- Yes, they are. --—Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 18:00, 26 October 2013 (UTC)
Ghost in the Shell (video game) in Electronic Gaming Monthly
Hi i was wondering if you could help me on Ghost in the Shell playstation article. I saw in reference library you have access to the review through EGM issue 103, February 1998. It would be great if you should pass along the information. As you can see it is currently in GAR.Lucia Black (talk) 02:04, 19 November 2013 (UTC)

Hey Mita—would you be able to pull the Deathrow review in the January 2003 Game Informer p.114 (and anything else related)? czar ♔ 18:56, 23 November 2013 (UTC)
- Here you go. --—Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 21:16, 23 November 2013 (UTC)

- Wrong link, I didn't realize I had the EGM review in there too. Here's the Game Informer review. --—Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 00:15, 24 November 2013 (UTC)

March 2007 issue of EGM
I was wondering if you could provide the citation for the March 2007 article in EGM that discusses Bomberman: Act Zero. - New Age Retro Hippie (talk) (contributions) 22:48, 21 December 2013 (UTC)
- I'm going to need some more information that. I flipped through the issue and saw no reviews, previews, or articles obviously about the game. --—Mitaphane Contribs | Talk 06:01, 23 December 2013 (UTC)
- Sorry; the article should be near the end in the SeanBaby section. - New Age Retro Hippie (talk) (contributions) 22:52, 23 December 2013 (UTC)
EGM 39
I'm trying to track down EGM 39 (something in the EGM Express section on Menacer). Would you happen to have it? czar ♔ 22:38, 8 January 2014 (UTC)

- Bummer. Okay—thanks czar ♔ 05:17, 10 January 2014 (UTC)
EGM, February 2004
Hi, my work on Pokémon Channel, which I'm trying to get to GA-class, has raised the need for its EGM review. I think this is issue 175. Would you be able to give me a scan of the review, as well as of any other articles about it in the preceding few issues? Thanks. Tezero (talk) 21:55, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
