I agree to adhere to the 1RR sanction, not that it's necessary anymore, but it's just some baggage I'll need to carry around for a while. I also feel that I should state explicitly, since the issue arose, that I agree to not use multiple accounts. I realize that you already agreed to not use multiple although in this case, it would be abuse, not use, as you used MP to contravene your 1rr restriction and twinkle restriction.
