The actual school building used to be Furnace Brook Elementary School. In 1997, more space was needed to hold all the students and teachers. A second floor was needed to hold the 6th graders. The second floor was added to the elementary school, and students from Martinson Middle School moved over to the new middle school. Lockers were left in Martinson even though lockers are not typical in Marshfield's elementary schools. |
