Little Mountain 5 (talk · contribs) I began editing Wikipedia on January 28, 2008, and just made my 1,000th 2,000th edit. I came here because I wanted to see what other users thought of me, and what I could improve on. Thanks, LittleMountain5 01:28, 13 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reviews

  • Congratulations on reaching your one thousandth edit. This is my first editor-review, so do not really know what is precisely expected of it, but hope it helps.

I might lay greater stress on trends in editing rather than the current state of edits. And, in that context, I'd like to say that it's nice that you have learnt to have edit summaries for your edits. There were many edits that didn't have summaries early on, but now you have them for all your edits.

Your edits show a trend towards more of "administrative" job like reporting vandals, rollbacking and voting at RFAs, which is just an observation, and not a feedback. But, may be with your knowledge of lakes, these articles could benefit from your adding content to them, too.

I couldn't see many instances of your replying on your talk page, but then I'm assuming you must have done that on others' talk pages. But, wherever you've replied you've been courteous, and warm; that's nice.

A very picky point as I chanced upon the article history: You'd wikilinked Rogue Valley twice in two successive sentences in this version, but now that stands corrected. So, may be you must have learnt from such experiences.

All the best for your "Wikipedia-career". —KetanPanchaltaLK 07:06, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
I am most proud of my work to Roxy Ann Peak, as I started it, and helped it get to B-Class. (I also have to thank User:ZabMilenko for helping me). I also am proud of reverting vandalism.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
I honestly haven't been in many conflicts, however, I can think of one. When I was young and foolish (on Wikipedia, anyway), I put this on my userpage, and quickly found out that people on Wikipedia don't talk like that! Anyway, that happened on my third day here, (January 30th, 2008), and I can't believe I ever did that.
