The Copyeditor's Barnstar
In sincere appreciation for your hard work and patience fixing things, correcting sentence construction, gramargrammer grammar and style on a sometimes bi-lingual, hugely popular breaking news article about teh the recent 2010 Copiapó mining accident. ¡Muchas gracias! Regarding WoWWiki

For all intents and purposes WoWWiki is dead, but the stuff explaining the details doesn't meet Wikipedia's sourcing guidelines as far as I can tell. That's why the article WoWWiki simply states that Blizzard Entertainment now links to Wowpedia.
The only reason the WoWWiki site is still open is that Wikia owns the domain name and refuses to shut it down or sell it. To add insult to injury, the licensing means they can just copy new content from Wowpedia, and I read they were blocking people for informing others about Wowpedia's existence because WoWWiki is the only thing keeping Wikia solvent. Any mention of Wowpedia's existence is now considered vandalism - which is why WoWWiki continues to receive edits, because people don't know the site moved. Hope that helps.
