Information About this User
editMaximumMadnessStixon is a student at Broome Community College, and is interested in finding a job in the field of film and/or video-production.
His first screenplay, a slapstick-comedy about the misadventures two teens face after accidentally missing their morning ride to school, was going to be shot as a fun "Summer project" in 2007. However, a lack of budget, and the inability to find a cast caused the project to be put on hiatus and it currently remains unshot. MaximumMadnessStixon plans on revisiting the script in the future, possibly as a project for college.
MaximumMadnessStixon is currently developing his second feature-length script, which he plans on shooting as an independant production by 2013, after college.
Television Work
editMaximumMadnessStixon did work for a local, public-broadcast Sports News program while in High School. While he only has some interest in sports (he oftentimes finds them overly boring and time consuming), working for this program offered him the opprotunity to do other projects.
In addition to satirical "fake commercials" (for ficticious products) which aired several times, MaximumMadnessStixon also produced three episodes of a Video-Game "mini-show." (2-4 minute segments that acted as commercials between the sports reportings on the show.) It was somewhat similar to the television show X-Play, though it was more retrospective and featured older "neo-classic" games as opposed to newer games.
MaximumMadnessStixon planned on bringing the series back the next year, but problems arrised, and he was unable to work on it any further.
