As the subsidiary articles Offensive tackle, Defensive tackle and Nose guard had fairly redundant elements, I moved their content into Tackle (American football) as sections, leaving behind redirects that link to the sections. That allows for future moving of the sections back into articles, if desired. Meanwhile, the redirects can accumulate incoming links. This article needs a section detailing the history of the tackle position in American and Canadian football. 69.3.72.9 (talk) 15:08, 7 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
