Someone has vandalized this article so that all references to Ron Perlman say "Tom Waits". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.146.50.123 (talk) 00:57, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

He's also a fantastic voice.
He was the lead in City of Lost Children in 1995, which is well before Hellboy. I'm not sure if he was a lead before that.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.8.182.72 (talk • contribs)
I recently learned he was the voice talent in all but ONE fallout game (brotherhood of steel for xbox), but i dont know the specifics so i can't add the info to his sheet. Anyone know where to find the credits for the games, or where to find the information to add it to this?—Preceding unsigned comment added by {} (talk • contribs)
This is True -Kaospyri
He was in City of Lost Children, so does that mean he speaks french? It is not said in this article.—Preceding unsigned comment added by {} (talk • contribs)

- No he does not. He apparently learned the lines phonetically, and the director was fine with that as he was more interested in Pearlmans physicality. Its referenced here https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0112682/trivia/ however it a fact probably doesnt meet wikipedias standards for notability, being more an interesting bit of trivia about his acting skills 103.94.51.49 (talk) 16:48, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
I just caught the reality show "1,000 Ways to Die" (March 8, 2009) and thought I heard him as the narrator. I could'nt check the credits and the Spike TV website doesn't say. And I agree he has a fanastic voice and no, I do not think he is creepy at all. 03:13, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
I thought i heard him also -Kaospyri

Is it worth mentioning that his son is DJ/Producer, "Delroy Edwards". — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.141.61.134 (talk) 20:11, 4 April 2015 (UTC)
Jewish
editWhy is he presumed Jewish? His middle name is Francis, which indicates his mother may not be Jewish, and thus he is not considered Jewish under Jewish law (halakah). [email protected] (talk) 20:08, 8 May 2010 (UTC)
- "Francis" is a man's name.71.223.168.160 (talk) 20:22, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
- I thought he said he was Jewish? There was a source in the article. 64.234.0.101 (talk) 08:02, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
Did Perlman associate being a Jew with being deformed?
editWhat exactly does "had a Bar Mitzvah ceremony. Perlman continued to say that this experience is one thing that attracts him to "playing these sorts of deformed people who are very endearing"" mean? On the face of it he is saying that his Jewish experiences attracts him to endearing deformed people. I presume that his is not what he meant or the quote was supposed to imply!Royalcourtier (talk) 22:17, 19 December 2014 (UTC)
- An error in sentence placement. Thank you. Fixed. All Hallow's Wraith (talk) 23:04, 19 December 2014 (UTC)
