Missing Lineages
editThere are many lineages which are listed in the bottom section but missing from the geographical section, and vice-versa. In addition, there are lineages on Phylotree that are completely missing from the page. Also, the page contradicts itself as to whether M52 forms a node with M44 or M58 (Phylotree makes no claims to this), and some lineages need to be joined. M seems to have many more lineages than N or R, and the edits I made on those pages took up way too much time for me, so if anyone else is willing to do it that would be great. -MToumbola (talk) 1:38, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
Orphaned references in Haplogroup M (mtDNA)
editI check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Haplogroup M (mtDNA)'s orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT⚡ 20:10, 29 April 2021 (UTC)
