editThe printed source (1829) gives "Fest soll mein Taufbund immer steh'n", the German Wikipedia calls it "de:Fest soll mein Taufbund immer stehn"; here we use "stehen". Which is correct, and does it matter? -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 02:08, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you ;) - I wrote as I heard it and sing it, but well, that's not right, the original had an apostrophe, the present-day German just omits the letter. I moved it to be consistent with the German WP and Wikisource. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:28, 16 June 2023 (UTC)
