Opening sequence – Star billing for Dakota Lotus and Ruby Rose Turner
editDoing this now for future reference as I'm sure we will run into IPs and/or users wanting to change this. Skip to 2:34 here for the opening sequence. It is just like Best Friends Whenever and Bizaardvark. Dakota Lotus comes first as normal reading order is left to right and then top to bottom. Discussed in detail here: Talk:Best Friends Whenever#Credit order. Amaury (talk | contribs) 22:55, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
- @Amaury: Actually, from what I got reading Geraldo Perez's explanation in that BFW discussion, normal reading order involves going thru the lines from top to bottom, but going left to right for each line as you work down the frame/page ... so what appears closer to the top comes first, regardless of how far left or right it is. So, in this case, Ruby Rose Turner would be first credit-wise. MPFitz1968 (talk) 23:30, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
- We've had multiple discussions about this (there's another one at Talk:Cloak & Dagger (TV series) IIRC), and the consensus is that we go with the "left-to-right" solution with these, not "top-to-bottom". The alternative is "by surname, alphabetical", but when suggested that at Cloak & Dagger, there were no takers... --IJBall (contribs • talk) 00:34, 29 October 2018 (UTC)
- @MPFitz1968: Oops, yeah. I misread. Although according to IJBall's post above, we may need to revisit Best Friends Whenever and have a look at Bizaardvark, individually at each of those talk pages. Or an overall discussion here that affects those two. Whatever works best. Currently, however, Disney ABC Press' show bios page for this series agrees with the current ordering here, and I'm assuming the site does go by the official crediting order. For Bizaardvark, it does have Olivia Rodrigo listed first; however, for Best Friends Whenever, looking at an archive, it does actually have Landry Bender first, agreeing with the current setup. - They are going for equal billing so any reasonable way to break that tie in a sequential list can work. I generally do normal reading order line by line then left to right on each line but if there is some other official source that serialized the order can use that. Generally it will be alphabetical as anything other than that would indicate non-equal billing. Geraldo Perez (talk) 02:21, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

Odd and out of date
editThe opening paragraph is full of a weird conditional tense. Simple past tense would be much clearer now, as all of this took place some time ago (if it happened at all - it's all unsourced). I propose this is changed.
if it happened at all - it's all unsourced
Yeah... No, it's not. Add: Also, per MOS:TENSE, we never use past tense unless we are talking about a deceased person. Amaury • 19:19, 19 June 2019 (UTC)
- Ok, well that's a side note to my main point. The current language is outdated, and over complicated. Simple English is better for accessability, and the more complex tenses are confusing, they can imply it's still to happen. This usage isn't what MOS:TENSE is talking about. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.65.227.168 (talk) 19:27, 19 June 2019 (UTC)
- Actually, “would be expected” and “was expected” are both incorrect. They both imply that it was supposed to happen but didn’t happen. The way it is now (“with an expected premiere”) is the correct one because it’s always correct regardless of whether it happened or not. Past Tense use is fine if you’re talking about something that happened in the past. Not just dead people. It depends on the context. Just FYI. Starforce13 02:56, 20 June 2019 (UTC)

A cancellation
editYou guys don't want to see this, but Coop & Cami Ask the World have been cancelled after two season. here the link: https://cancelledsoontv.com/coop-cami-ask-the-world-cancelled-by-disney-channel-no-season-3/#:~:text=No%20Season%203-,Coop%20%26%20Cami%20Ask%20The%20World%20Cancelled,Disney%20Channel%20%E2%80%93%20No%20Season%203&text=It's%20the%20end%20of%20the,teen%20comedy%20after%20two%20seasons see Im trying to tell you.--MLJ 657 (talk) 21:48, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
- Not a reliable source – nothing in there is indicating that Disney officially or publicly confirmed this. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 21:53, 1 February 2021 (UTC)
Guys - the show is CANCELLED. They removed it from DISNEYNOW and VOD. That's ONLY done when a show is cancelled.... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.128.218.3 (talk) 11:24, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
- Here is the link to when the show was active - http://disneynow.go.com/shows/coop-cami-ask-the-world — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.128.218.3 (talk) 11:26, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
- None of which qualifies as an official announcement from Disney. Don't blame us that Disney and Nick "silently" cancel most of their shows with no public notice. WP:V is the hallmark of this project, and without a WP:RS to verify something, we have no choice but to "follow the rules" which are to not list a show as "ended" until one year after the last original episode has aired. (Doing what you are suggesting is WP:OR, and is a no-no, and a "404 error" could have several possible explanations anyway.) --IJBall (contribs • talk) 16:06, 2 February 2021 (UTC)
I will also make note that premieredate.news, via their entry here, is also not a reliable source. In the same vein as cancelledsoontv.com, it says that Disney Channel officially cancelled the series, but where is the verification at either site that this in fact happened? No link to any actual, official announcement from Disney is found. MPFitz1968 (talk) 17:26, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
Whatever you wanna argue - but it's true. I know how DisneyNOW / VOD works and it involves legal licensing issues. That's as official as it gets. Once a show is on the service the page is removed UNLESS the show will return for another season. That's how DisneyNow has always worked since launch. Also the cast have obviously all moved on. I know you agree with me that it's over and are just following the rules.. it's just a dumb rule because this is IMO official. You don't fully remove the show if it's coming back... and if it was a "mistake" it wouldn't have been removed for multiple months... — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.128.218.3 (talk) 05:03, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
- You mean like all those times that Bunk'd was "cancelled", only to see it renewed numerous times?!... Yes, this show is likely dead. But, no, there actually have been no "official" announcement as such, regardless of what you say, and WP:V is the only game in town on Wikipeida – no official word from Disney, and we say nothing until a year has passed. That's how it's done. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 05:22, 23 March 2021 (UTC)
You're ignorant - you deliberating ignored what that person was saying in your rsponse. Bunkd wasn't REMOVED from DisneyNow / Video On Demand services. Coop and Cami was cancelled the minute the page was removed. There is a reason Raven's Home page was not removed... because the show is continuing with season 5. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.128.218.3 (talk) 08:55, 14 August 2021 (UTC)

i was wondering if i could put the show in the former disney channel template now that it's been cancelled. Joe345z (talk) 21:13, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
- Not done No one has ever produced a Reliable source (e.g. from Disney) to verify the show has been cancelled. Without that, we wait a year from the last episode aired – that's the policy. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 21:36, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
