Asia is now retired. 6 February 2004 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 209.149.235.254 (talk) 15:17, 6 February 2004
According to her website, she's sort of "unretired" now, although she's doing producing and directing more than performing. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Wrathchild-K (talk • contribs) 17:30, 25 August 2005

Caption reads "Carrera on a film set in 2002" which is ambiguious between Carrera on a file that is set in 2002 or it's a photo from 2002 of carrera on a film set. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.11.231.226 (talk) 19:30, 18 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
First, welcome to Wikipedia! New discussions and posts go at the bottom, not the top. Also, make sure to sign your talk page posts, which makes it easier for everyone to know who's speaking. You can do this by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end of them, which also automatically time stamps them.
I co-own all the photos from that shoot along with Photographer Don Mantooth. I worked for free, as did he, and we shared the rights to all our content for mutual use on our websites. Remember, my website existed since 1996 - I produced and owned an enormous amount of original content with dozens of photographers over the next 10 years. So no, NOT a "blatant copyvio". MY PICTURE, THAT I OWNED. JessicaSteinhauser (talk) 18:17, 10 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

I honestly have no idea. They don't have alumni lists posted anywhere - I've looked! And I just finished my last day of law school at St. Mary's University School of Law today (YAY!!!), so I'm going to have yet another school I can't confirm graduating from. Although the Bachelor's from UT is self-proving, because you can't enter a graduate program without having proof of completing undergrad successfully, so there's that. I took this picture right now, just for y'all. Not sure what else I can do.
I suspect that at some point you're going to be working for a law firm. At that point they'll put your bio on their "Our Team" page. That's when you'll have a reference for your education. That or when your daughter has an article written about her for doing another amazing thing, maybe they'll note mom's accomplishments, too. IOW, it'll happen at some point. Just gotta be patient and wait for that elusive reference-able article to appear. Hondo77 (talk) 21:35, 10 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thanks Hondo! I know that Texas publishes a list of everyone who passes the bar exam each July and February, so fingers crossed, I'll be on that list at some point. And after you get sworn in, anyone can look you up to confirm you're a practicing lawyer in good standing. I suppose for now I'll just have to live with being a Juris Doctor who can't prove that they ever graduated from any universities on the way to that degree?! LOL!!
