editNow I know the caption and description of this picture at the Library of Congress also says 1902. But: Illinois didn't have license plates until 1907. There weren't any license plates in North America until 1903. The truck in the picture appears to be much newer than 1902. And it says something about free Christmas dinner, on Sunday, January 1 on the sign that's hanging from the chimney January 1sts on a Sunday occurred in 1905, 1911, 1922. - I agree with you. I believe the Truck is of World War 1 Vintage or about 1916-1920AD. Magnum Serpentine (talk) 00:13, 19 December 2013 (UTC)
