日本語: １２月１９日（日）午前８時頃、海上自衛隊は、中国海軍クズネツォフ級空母「遼寧」１隻、レンハイ級ミサイル駆逐艦１隻、ルーヤンⅢ級ミサイル駆逐艦１隻、ジャンカイⅡ級フリゲート２隻及びフユ級高速戦闘支援艦１隻の計６隻が、北大東島（沖縄県）の東約３００ｋｍの海域において航行していることを確認した。

また、午前８時頃から午後９時頃にかけて、中国海軍クズネツォフ級空母「遼寧」の艦載戦闘機及び艦載ヘリの発着艦を確認した。

なお、これらの艦艇のうちジャンカイⅡ級フリゲート１隻を除く５隻は、１２月１４日（火）及び１２月１５日（水）に東シナ海で確認され、その後、沖縄本島と宮古島との間の海域を南下したものと同一である。

防衛省・自衛隊は、海上自衛隊第１護衛隊所属「いずも」（横須賀）により、所要の情報収集・警戒監視を行った。

また、艦載戦闘機の発着艦に対し、戦闘機を緊急発進させる等を行い対応した。
