Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This image is used for purposes of critical commentary and illustration in the Russell family (Passions) article, a subject of public interest. It is believed this image is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately depict the detail in the same way, based on the fact that the promotional image is of a copyrighted character. The promotional image is of low resolution. The promotional image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the television drama in any way. The promotional image meets general Wikipedia content requirements. The promotional image contributes significantly to the Russell family (Passions) article by giving visual aid of two of the characters. The promotional image is being used for informational purposes only and is not considered to detract from the television drama in any way.
