Español: En cuanto a su forma podemos decir que suele ser característica dentro de la península Ibérica. En lo referente a sus proporciones, decir que cuenta con cinco partes de alto y cinco de ancho, su diseño será cuartelado y en cuanto a los colores que contiene, señalar que se trata de un modelo ajedrezado, alternando los colores azul y blanco. Aparte de lo señalado anteriormente, destacar que cuenta con un cuartelado múltiple bordeando la boca, y en cada cuartel se alternan las armas del Reino de Castilla en fondo rojo (representadas con un castillo) y las del Reino de León en fondo blanco (representadas con un león). Delimitado por un lambrequín y en el centro (corazón), un casco de caballero rematado por una cimera. Al timbre, corona ducal.
