Request Splittingfor discussionexpanding forthe Clitoris joint article
I went to the joint article to find information about the individual parts of a joint, but there isn't any on the page itself. Considering that I am there exactly to find the missing information, I feel unqualified to be the one adding that. If anyone is to add a short summary of the roles of different parts of a joint, I would be very grateful.—Mint Keyphase (Did I mess up? What have I done?) 03:37, 16 July 2024 (UTC)

Base of skull
An article that you have edited or that may interest you, (Clitoris), has content that I have proposed to be removed and moved to another article, (). If you are interested, please visit the discussion. Thank you. Would someone mind taking a look at :Base of skull? It's not supported by citations and for the most part seems to be just links to other associated articles. There also seems to be an excessive number of images being used. -- Marchjuly (talk) 19:27, 16 August 2024 (UTC)
Project-independent quality assessments
Buccal organ
Quality assessments are used by Wikipedia editors to rate the quality of articles in terms of completeness, organization, prose quality, sourcing, etc. Most wikiprojects follow the general guidelines at Wikipedia:Content assessment, but some have specialized assessment guidelines. A recent Village pump proposal was approved and has been implemented to add a class parameter to WikiProject banner shell, which can display a general quality assessment for an article, and to let project banner templates "inherit" this assessment.
You are invited to join the discussion at Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2024 September 10 § Buccal organ, which is within the scope of this WikiProject. Buccal organ currently redirects to Sucker (zoology). The discussion regarding whether it should continue to do so, be retargetted or be deleted needs input from those with knowledge of anatomical terminology. == Good article reassessment for Brain ==
No action is required if your wikiproject follows the standard assessment approach. Over time, quality assessments will be migrated up to WikiProject banner shell, and your project banner will automatically "inherit" any changes to the general assessments for the purpose of assigning categories.
Brain has been nominated for a good article reassessment. If you are interested in the discussion, please participate by adding your comments to the reassessment page. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, the good article status may be removed from the article. Z1720 (talk) 19:21, 5 October 2024 (UTC)

However, if your project decides to "opt out" and follow a non-standard quality assessment approach, all you have to do is modify your wikiproject banner template to pass WPBannerMeta a new QUALITY_CRITERIA parameter. If this is done, changes to the general quality assessment will be ignored, and your project-level assessment will be displayed and used to create categories, as at present. :Sounds like a great change, hopefully will reduce a lot of duplicated effort. I'd support inheriting a rating; our current classification is pretty up to date but I don't see a reason for us to pursue an independent quality assessment scale with our limited resources. I and @Claes Lindhardt have been working on the List of skeletal muscles of the human body and it has become that several of the muscles have "reused" images or are just scans of Gray's Anatomy 20th edition that do not really explain what the muscle is. For example, just for the head muscles:
* Orbicularis oculi muscle - does not show parts
* Depressor supercilii muscle - just reuses obicularis oculi image
* Temporoparietalis muscle - image but muscle is not even labeled
* Levator labii superioris alaeque nasi muscle - labelled under a different name and the arrow is not even pointing at the right muscle
* Transverse muscle of the chin - identical pictures to Depressor anguli oris muscle
* Thyroarytenoid muscle - doesn't label parts

I'm not really an illustrator, so what is the best way to go about fixing these? Mathnerd314159 (talk) 15:44, 28 July 2023 (UTC)
