When you add citation in an article it should be done such that article contains the information near which the ref tag is placed. For example If you write ''' X completed college from Y university''' then the citation near it should point to news section which has this information. What you did in [[Shilpa Thakre]] was not correct and it is known as [[WP:OVERCITE]] and I have corrected it for you.
