Via Cambridge dictionary: countback is "a method of deciding the winner of a competition when total scores are equal by comparing particular scores" and tie-breaker ("extra play at the end of a game or stage in a game") is a different kettle of fish. Do not confuse those two. I linked it so now there should be no contest or any dispute.
