This template is a bit inconsistent: it can't decide what tone it wants to adopt. The first line is all happy: "Hello, Welcometest, and welcome to Wikipedia!" Then the second line is stern and serious: "Thank you for experimenting with our encyclopedia. The test edit you made worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do." No, we're not at all thankful for such test edits - we may as well be honest.
I propose to steal wording from {{tl|uw-test1}} to replace the second line:
:An edit that you recently made seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, please use the [[Wikipedia:Sandbox|sandbox]].
