If there is any atrocity relevant to the latter feel free to include it; its relevance needs to be supported by reliable sources (please note WP:SYNTH and WP:COAT). I don't see how the added estimates relate to the Muslims of Greece, who were exchanged; they concern the Muslims of Turkey.
