Leeroy Thornhill (born 8 October 1968) is a British electronic music artist and formerly a rave dancer and occasional keyboardist for the British electronic group the Prodigy. Thornhill's live performances throughout the 1990s included his unique style of shuffling.
Leeroy Thornhill (born 8 October 1968) is a British electronic music artist and formerly a dancer and occasional live keyboardist of the British rave act The Prodigy. He was born in Barking, Essex but raised in Braintree and grew up as a football and James Brown fan. Leeroy joined The Prodigy along with Keith Flint after they met Liam Howlett at a local rave club. Both were dancers for the band's live show which became huge in the rave scene. Leeroy's height is 6 foot 7 inches (a whole foot taller than Flint) and his style of dance can be described as a 'technical running on the spot'. In 2000 Leeroy left the band as he felt he had very little to do in live shows as fellow dancer Flint took to the mic on live shows and the music became more band oriented. Leeroy went on to make various EPs under the guises of Longman and Flightcrank, however these projects never saw any substantial successes. Leeroy now DJs at large venues and is still in touch with The Prodigy. Leeroy has also been rumoured to be DJing to warm up crowds before Prodigy shows. He also works as regular DJ and rocks the crowds with livemixed Prodigy classics. He was once engaged to Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox, but they split up in June 2000.

He has also recorded under the names Longman and Flightcrank.
Leeroy is currently working with Hyper and appears on live shows and is scheduled to appear at V Festival 2007 in Chelmsford Essex. He has refurbished a windmill in Essex for residence, which sold at a profit.
