Don't Kill Santa
Don't Kill Santa
A runner of short proportions, with large consequences.
How to play
- Hold down H or O or the touchscreen to make Santa run. HO, HO, HO!
- Release the key or touchscreen to make Santa stop.
- Every run has a candy cane placed at a random distance from Santa's.
- Stop as close as you can to the candy cane without running into it!
- If you run into it, you can guess what happens!
- The closer you get to the candy cane, the better, so try for your lowest score!
And remember...
Don't Kill Santa!
Why?
This game was made for the 12 Seconds of Christmas Game Jam. This is my second submission to this jam, and second game I've ever made.
Since my first game, Oh, balls, was made with Phaser, I wanted to do something very different with this one and so wrote this one in C using raylib. The game may very well be awful! But I learned a lot about raylib.
Any and all feedback or comments, good or bad, are always welcome!

Thanks so much for taking part in the jam! I really enjoyed this game, super simple and super fun! My best score was 3.34... but still kept trying to beat it! Would have liked the music to play during the game, but that might be an issue on my side?
Love the 'just one more go' that these short play games have, great job.
Thanks for playing! 3.34 is pretty good!
I’ve fixed the issue with music and have updated the game, thanks for mentioning.
