Tartiflette 🧀 Ingredients (serves 4) 3-4 large potatoes (eg, Maris piper) - peeled and sliced into 1cm slices 2-3 shallots - finely sliced 100g smoked pancetta - cubed 1tsp Dijon mustard 200ml double cream Pinch of salt and pepper 200g reblochon (alternatives: port salut, Camembert, talleggio) Method: Blanch your potato slices for 3-4 minutes until starting to soften but not cooked through.
