(Leave any comment with the word “PORK” below and I’ll DM you the full recipe directly OR Google “Foodess Pork Loin” to find it on the web 🤗) First, know that pork loin is a leaner cut, making it a healthier option with lower fat content. When cooked properly, it is wonderfully moist. ✨Pull out the slow cooker. It’s not just for winter! I think I use mine more in the summer when I don’t want to be babysitting the stove or heating up the kitchen. My easy, perfectly-tender slow cooker pork loin is buttery-soft, outrageously juicy, and super tasty. ✨Keep the lid closed. The closed lid traps steam and moisture, creating a humid environment that helps keep the meat juicy. ✨ Cook low and slow. Slow cooking breaks down collagen in the meat, converting it into gelatin, which makes pork loin fall-apart tender. ✨ Avoid overcooking. Overcooking causes muscle fibers to denature, squeezing out moisture and causing dryness. The low temperature of the slow cooker ensures a gentle cooking process, reducing the risk of overcooking. ✨ Let it rest. Resting the cooked pork loin allows the muscle fibers to relax and reabsorb moisture, ensuring a succulent and flavorful end product. Here’s what you need: 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 large onion, sliced 4 lb pork loin, cut in half 3 tsp kosher salt 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2 tbsp avocado oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp honey 4 tsp minced garlic (4 large cloves) 2 tbsp butter This recipe is unbelievably easy and yields the most tender pork loin I’ve ever had. 👉2 Ideas for Leftovers: Sandwiches: Make delicious pork sandwiches with pickles and mustard! Pulled Pork: Toss with BBQ sauce for easy pulled pork sliders. 👉 Google “Foodess Pork Loin” for the full recipe or comment “PORK” below and I’ll DM it to you directly #porkloin #slowcookerrecipes #foodscience #porkrecipes #crockpotrecipes #easyrecipes | Foodess | Cordeone · c’est pas une valse

Let Nicole show you how to make pulled pork that'll rival your... | By Allrecipes | Disclaimer, there may be cussing. Are you sure you don't cover it? Taste this perfect bite. Mm, that Momo, she's something else. Today I'm showing you how to make the tastiest and easiest pulled pork. I'm using my grandmother's recipe. This is her go-to recipe. If we have moved into a new house or had a baby, this is what she brings, her famous pork roast. I call it pulled pork because it falls off the bone and melts in your mouth. The kind of meat we're using is a pork shoulder a.k.a. Boston butt. It does have a bone in it. I think that adds flavor. And at the end it'll just pull right out. This one's about five pounds, so in about three hours we're definitely going to have enough for dinner tonight and a couple of meals down the road. Seasoning is very simple. Just salt, garlic, and pepper. You can do this. The way my grandmother does it is she studs this pork roast all over with cloves of garlic. Using a paring knife just make slits into the pork and slide your cloves of garlic inside. If your cloves are really big, you can cut them in half. This adds so much delicious flavor. And as the garlic cooks with the pork, it gets so soft and sweet. Now we're just going to season it all over with salt and pepper. Don't be shy here. This is a thick cut of pork and you want all that seasoning to seep inside to the meat. Don't waste your seasoning. Then we're going to just bake it in a simple pan. You don't want to use anything that's too big because all our liquid in the end will evaporate out. We're starting at a super high oven to get a nice brown sear on it. 450 degrees for about half an hour, and then we'll cut our heat down later. Yes, sir. Look at that. Golden brown. And at this point, we're going to add some water. So about half a cup to a cup. This is the part where I might need to call my grandmother. I think we cover it at this point, but I'm not sure. Let's give her a call, shall we? Disclaimer, there may be cussing. [PHONE RINGING] Hey, Momo. Oh, I'm just sitting here making your famous pork roast. Are you sure you don't cover it when you cook it? I just browned it and then I just added the water. OK, that's why I love your recipes. It's whatever works. The liquid around the outside is going to help steam and slow cook the pork from this point forward. We're going to turn our oven down to 325 degrees, and it's going to take about two to three more hours. I wish you could smell the goodness here. And the real test is just how easily it shreds. You can see that it is literally falling off the bone. Taste this perfect bite. That's for you. So your first meal is obviously going to be enjoyed straight from the oven because it just-- it literally melts in your mouth. I'll post her barbecue sauce on my Instagram page so be sure and follow me there, but I'm going to show you a couple more ways to enjoy it. My favorite way is the old school way. I love it just as a barbecue sandwich topped with some barbecue sauce. Little coleslaw on the side. But you're going to have leftover, especially if you're just making this for your family. I love pulled pork tacos, a little carnita section. So good. It's also a really great way to add some rich, meaty flavor to a soup. Brunswick stew is classic made with pulled pork, so it's the perfect soup to enjoy this fall. Time for that perfect bite. Remember, this whole thing took about two minutes to prepare. Mm, that Momo, she's something else. I mean, how easy was it? I hope you'll make this for your next party. And when it comes to making the tastiest and easiest pulled pork, you can cook that. All right, well, I might call you back for your barbecue sauce recipe. All right then, I'll just call you on your cell phone. OK. Thank you, I'll try to wing it. All right, bye.
