Cheesy Dill Crackers

Here is a super quick snack that is perfect for any get-together. I don't want to say it's foolproof because that would just jinx it.... but it IS pretty much foolproof. It's not too large of a batch either so you can have these whipped up, from start to finish, in under half an hour. You can use your favorite cheese, just make sure it is really strong so the flavor comes through. I love the smoked gouda but a nice extra aged cheddar would work great too.
