Are you buying cartons nut milk? This will save you money and recycling.

Here’s my simple almond milk recipe 
 
- 50-150g nuts (I prefer soaked overnight and use any kind of nuts)
- More nuts = creamier texture
- 50g nuts to 1 litre water gives the consistency of skimmed milk
- Blend for 90 secs-ish 
- Pinch of salt if you like 
- Mine keeps at least a week in fridge

This cost me about 70p per litre. Nut bags cost about a fiver for 2. Give it a go!

100g brown sugar
40g egg yolks
40g dextrose (can be substituted with brown sugar)
20g glucose
35g toasted skimmed milk powder*
520g buttermilk *Instructions* 1) Pour cream into a nonstick pan placed over medium high heat and reduce without stirring.
