2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar, more for topping
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 4oz stick frozen butter
1 egg
1/3 cup full fat yogurt
1/3 cup heavy cream, more for brushing
1 tsp vanilla

Raspberry jam:
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

•Add raspberries and sugar to a pot and bring to a light simmer.
