In a medium pan using avocado cooking spray cook shrimp for 2-5 min per side. Once flipped over add 1 tbsp butter to pan and remove. In a separate bowl combine all ingredients for the salad. Mix well. Cook Jasmine rice and heat up frozen corn in the microwave and have it ready to serve. I used white Rice Avocado, Cooking Avocado, Cooking Jasmine Rice, Jumbo Shrimp, Avocado Slices, Healthy Food Dishes, Weight Watchers Diet, Wine Vinegar, Balanced Meals
