playing with balloons & confetti - digital photography task

I have decided on using a simple concept of capturing an image of a person playing with balloons/confetti on an empty room or near a wall. I want that image to be colorful and I want it to convey a joyful mood. I want to capture the movement of the confetti and balloons as stop motion.

No More Blurry Images
"After pulling up my blinds, turning on all my lights and moving my baby towards the open door, I set my camera to 800 ISO, 250 Shutter Speed and 2.8 F-Stop". This person says she never shoots a picture with less than 250 shutter speed....Will try this trick. I always forget about adjusting the ISO inside.
