3b Curl Styling 🖤
LOW POROSITY, HIGH DENSITY, COARSE HAIR WASH DAY 🖤 Styling my brothers hair is always so satisfying. For reference his curl pattern is primarily 3B with some 4C areas. He prefers little to no volume, and a lot of definition. So for styling techniques: 🖤 I section off to ensure the product is evenly distributed • 🖤 Make sure each section is soaking wet before applying product • 🖤 Add a very hydrating curl cream (if you don’t have a good curl cream, make sure to prep with a leave in as well for added hydration) • 🖤 Rake in a strong hold gel before brush styling • 🖤 I use a boar bristle brush for maximum definition and large curl clumps that I don’t separate because he prefers it 🖤 ONLY hover diffuse Products used: @pattern Styling Cream • @aveda Nutri Plenish Curl
