I am loving the single leg press at the moment, and I think the muscle mind connection for my glutes and hamstrings is way stronger with single leg than it is with a normal double leg press. Make sure your foot is nice and high on the platform and you’re driving into your heel! Don’t bring your leg too low, and if you need to, put your hand on the side of your working glute to really focus on the muscle your using and not use your quads.
