You need to actually explain how if you want anyone to believe this claim

The scientists and manufacturers actually being able to get together and have conversations and a meaningful say over what happens in production versus what's possible with production gives you a lot more Headway towards creating breakthroughs fan keeping them isolated and subject to dangling at the bottom of the command chain

( before you go off on some tangent this is assuming that the business develops and manufactures its own Goods instead of Outsourcing both aspects of the production)
