Flaming Bird

"Flamming Bird" is a 3D-plattfomer, in which you are trying to reunite a newly hatched phoenix with it's cozy hearth. On your way there you will have to dodge and evade a number of clocks, all keen on you not returning home. But be careful, maybe theses clocks are more than they are made out to be?

This game was conceived and created for the GameJam of the "alpha", based around the topic  "tick, tick ...boom"

The game can solely be played with keyboard.

How to play:

Your core mechanic is to actiave bombs(Clocks) by igniting them. Afterwards you don't want to be caugth in the explosion. If you manage to outrun it, time will be slowed down, making it easier to evade obstacles and enemies. On your way home you need to use this to your advantage to traverse through the world, using the advantages of the time slow effect.

For you, time will go by smootley. For the enemies, time wll be slowd to  go by in 2 seconds, so you could say for them it feels like "Tick, Tick... Boom"

Enemies

Hour Glass

As soon as you cross under the hourglass it will fall down. A pressure plate on the bottom will activate the explosion.

Walking Watch

The walking watch will search for the player and follow him around. In Proximity use the [E] key to ignite the bomb.

Pocket Watch

The poket watch is a walking watch that was chained to a pole and cannot follow you outside its bounds. In Proximity use the [E] key to ignite the bomb.

Sad Pocket Watch

The sad pocket watch will not move because it lost its pole. ;( But in proximity you can pick it up using the [F] key and carry it around. When carried you can press the [E] key to place the watch down, but be carefull it will explode immediatly.
