Nature's Circle Farm, New Limerick, Maine

We are a certified organic vegetable farm, seated beside the Canadian border and nestled in the heart of the rich forestland of Aroostook County, Maine. Known for our fertile soils here in Aroostook, we grow a variety of winter storage vegetables including beets, parsnips, potatoes, certified seed potatoes, rutabaga, and turnip.

Roasted organic carrots, rutabaga, and beets on top of ricotta, garlic, mozzarella and caramelized onions, on phyllo dough brushed with oil. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese and Bake at 400F for 25 minutes.
