For the serve it. Mhm. And then you're going to take these. You're going to put them on the sides. Very interesting idea here. Just. This is called a cinnamon bundt cake. Cinnamon roll bundt cake. It's just something if you need something quick and easy. Takes a little while to cook. But it's simple and easy to make to take somewhere. You don't think you can. And you like does it does it just fill up this whole thing right here? Yes. Oh okay. And then you're going to make some icing too, right? It will just come up. Oh really? Okay. Yes. That looks good. Do we, is that it? Is that all we need? Uh honey, you're going to take it, bake it at 350 for 45 to 50 million. It looks really cool. Okay. Watch on them dog toys. Yeah. Gotcha. It looks really pretty too. It does. Yeah. Put it in there and we'll put our timer. 45 minutes. I'm going to check it. Okay, we're going to dump some apples. Mmm. Our bottom layer. Canned apple filler. Smooth it out. And we're going to take a can of crescent rolls. Ooh. Put a layer down other layer. Put it down. Get this little strip right there and we're going to take some cinnamon sugar dust The dough with the huh. Okay? We're going to take our second can of the apple Well, those are like whole apples in there. Yeah. Just a quick, simple and we're going to take the rest of our crescent roll It's a very easy little dessert yeah. Just something sweet. Mm hmm. And you top it with ice cream after I'm sure. Yes. Okay? Which normally we would make a caramel pie we guess. Mhm. We're going to top our crescent rolls with it. This is one of our our you know trial dishes. We haven't really done this one before. So we're really kind of just going for it. We don't know how this one's going to be but we think it might be good. The fruit and the caramel and the crescent roll. Oh yeah. Eight point two. Okay. Alright. How's it looking? It's looking good. Oh my heavens. Look at the butter on top. Look at that. Nope. That looks good. Probably just need to settle now. Yes, just let it set. We're going to top it with just some whipped topping. Okay, love that. Pretty easy stuff. Oh, yes. Yeah. Everybody loves. Everybody does. Whipped topping. And the cake is cool, right? Oh yes. Yes. Cake is all cool now so. What can if you wanted to add you a little bit of fruit in the cool whip you could. Like pineapple or something. Yes yeah but we already put our pineapple and blueberries in our cake so we're just going to have it just cool whip on it. Oh yeah it looks really good. Oops. Taste delicious I'm sure. Do we need our taste tester? Yeah it would be nice if he was if he was here. Yeah if he was here and around that would be great. Alright we got our taste tester. Let's see how it looks. He just had a big dinner so I didn't cut a real big piece. Oh. Looks pretty good. That does look good. Okay Tyler. Oh the whole thing in his mouth. Oh. I guess. I don't really know. Yep. Looks like it. I got it. I got it. One to ten. What do we think? That's like a nine. A nine? Mhm. Oh dang. It's good. And you're going to cut them into fours. Cut them into four. That's what the pizza cut. Oh that's very easy. I love that. Right after we cut them into force, what do we do? We're going to put them in our pan and toss em with three fourths cup of butter. That done? Got three fourths cup of melted butter. Mm hmm. Okay, we're going to drizzle it around through here. You're going to. Make sure to get on every piece Tim. You missed a little right there. You're going to get your fingers in there? Yeah. We're going to make sure that we get everything And your hands are clean, right? Yes, I wash them. Okay, you wash them. Good. I wash my hands several times. They're dry. Put brown sugar. One cup brown sugar. Okay. Okay. And I'm going to get that kind of mixed up before I put in. Okay, I understand that. I understand that. By the pudding in here. Love that. And you're just kind of going to mix that up a little bit. Mhm. Just mix it. Ooh it smells good. It does smell good. That mixed up. Okay so you're going to take each of your little biscuits. Okay. And you're going to roll it in this solution. And then you're going to throw it in your bunk cake. Take it. You're going to take those out. Take each piece of dough. Mhm. Roll it in your mixture and put it in your bundt cake. Ooh okay. This is going to be really tasty. It takes a little time. Not That's okay. I mean people don't mind time if it tastes really good and I think this one's going to taste delicious. Smells delicious. But looks really good. Okay now we're going to coated nicely. All coated nicely. Now, we're going to put it in a 350degree oven. Okay. For third, we're going to put thirty-five. It can't take 35 to 42 minutes. Yeah. So, now I'm going to pour in the sausage. Just are you pouring in all of it? Yup. We got a pound of pork sausage here. We did spicy because we like it spicy but you can use original. We love the spicy goodness. And this is why you drain your sausage. Look at that. Mm hmm. So, we put it back on the burner? Nope. Gonna leave it off a burner and we're going to go ahead and get our biscuits ready after we get this mixed together nice. It's perfectly nice and thick. So this is the consistency you're going to want to look for. Look at that. So now Sarah's cutting the biscuits. We're using jumbo biscuits from Kroger. And you're just going to be placing the cut biscuits in here. Is there anything we should know right now Sarah about this? No just take regular jumbo biscuits and we're just going to quarter them. And put them over the top. You kind of want a little bit of space for them to grow and get a little crispy. Yeah. And just put them all over the top. Why would someone choose to cut the biscuits like this rather than just throw them into the pan. And it a little bit easier for eating. Okay. Helps also for the biscuits not to get so soggy because there's more room for it to crisp on the edges with the air in between. Uh huh. Sometimes if you just lay em on there get a little too much. Too gooey. And then we got it all done. We're just going to take it over to our 350 degree oven. So good. For about 25 to 30 minutes. Use two hands when you hold your dish because. And have it in the oven melting while you're mixing up your cobbler. Mix. Mm. We're going to give it a melt. First. Take that a cup of flour. And we're just making like the base for the cobblers pretty much. This is a cup of sugar. Mix those two together. It's been kind of combined. Mm hmm. You're going to add a cup of milk. It's like a easy man's cobbler. It is an easy man cobbler. Okay, our butter is all melted. Oh, it really really melted. Just one stick of butter. Mm hmm. Right there. Ooh that pan is hot hot. Yes. Then take your mixture of sugar, flour, and milk. Mhm. And just dump it in the pan. Okay. Okay. Doesn't need to be like whisked together or anything? No. Mm mm. Just do it like that. Okay. Then you're going to take two. You can take two small cans or one large can of peaches and you're just going to dump it in here. Okay? And then, got one left in here. I spread that out a little bit. Okay. Just like that. Don't have to do it anymore than that and then I. Sure. I'm pausing. Okay. Take some cinnamon. And shake a little bit of cinnamon or you take cinnamon or cinnamon sugar. Mm hmm. Look at that. And that's it. Then you're going to bake it on 350 for about 45 minutes. You can tell. Put it in the oven. Nope, it's so hot. It's okay. I got it. It's just a easy cobbler recipe. Will taste delicious with vanilla ice cream. You got it, Kim. Okay, we've got Pillsbury cinnamon bowls. Okay, we're going to mash them down. God, you're getting nice and grusted. Alright, then we're going to take our strawberries. Okay. We're going to add a fourth a cup of sugar. Mhm. A teaspoon of cornstarch, and a teaspoon of lemon. Ooh. Is the lemon just for taste probably? Now a lot of times it keeps your fruit fresh. Oh interesting. From turning colors. Mhm. Okay now. And the spoon. See all of my goodness and coated. Mhm. Now all you do is top it. Oh let me see in there Kim. Those are goodies. Strawberries. Probably gotta spread them out obviously. Now I've taken these are fresh strawberries. Alright our next little ingredients. And we're going to add two tablespoons of butter just on the top. Let's Kim you love adding butter to things don't you? Oh yes. That's the southern way. Mhm. Can't go wrong with a little butter or bacon. Can't at all. And you're going to bake it at three fifty. Mhm. For about 15 to 18 minutes. Looks good to me. Time. Okay, so you take a 12 ounce can of Mountain Dew. Throw it in our bowl. Cake mix. Oh yum. I love lemon. Oh yes. Now dump that in here. Like carbonation. Okay. Three fourths cup oil. Mhm. We love the simple stuff. And 4 eggs. Show it to us. Let's see what they're looking like. There you go. Alright. Got this little bit of whisk here. We've already whisk them up. Throw the eggs in. And now you take your mixer. Mhm. And blend it for about two to 3 minutes. Oh it's looking good. Now you're just going to pour it in your cake pan. Mhm. Bake it at three fifty. 13 by nine. For 35 minutes. Mmm. Looks really good. Looking good. 350 degrees. For how long? 35 minutes. Check it with the toothpick. Thirty-five. For our Mountain Dew cake, we're going to take a eight ounce thing of Cool Whip. Mhm. Throw it in a bowl. Love that. A can of crushed pineapple. Mm. Just a whole can or half a can. About a whole can. Okay. When always finds out put it on. And a box of lemon jello. Oh yum. Okay, we're just going to stir all this together and once your cake, your Mountain Dew Cake cools, you will top it with these. See how it is. What are you making here? I am making a Doctor Pepper Spice Cake. Oh wow. So you get all your Doctor Pepper in there. You're going to take Devil's Food Cake Mix. Super moist icing. Super moist. Is this a dump cake or a soda cake? This is a oops. This is a spice pick. Let me get that separated. Mm. There you go. Then I got my additives right here. Butter and. And sliced apple. Mm. So you're just going to kind of put the butter in here. All around. Like so. Is the what does the butter do exactly? It's going to help make it all nice and juicy and moist. It's added it adds to that super moist factor that we're kind of thicker sliced apples that we could've. Oh yeah. We're going to place those on top like so. So you're just putting sliced apple. What kind of apple is that? These are honey crisp which are probably the best apples to ever exist. And I do like a honey crisp. So get this going right here. Keep spreading it out. Now will these be crunchy or soggy or juicy? No. The well the cake is going to be nice and juicy and the apples are going to be pretty like tender too. If you've ever had like an apple dumpling cake. Alright so after that we're going to take our or cinnamon. Mm. We're going to spread that around like so. Wow. Can you see that? Yeah. And then I just I sometimes I just like patting it a little bit. Trying just to try to get the moisture kind of And then I'll do scoops. Right here. Just to kind of get it all nice and spread. Okay. And you take it like this. Yeah. And we're going to put it in our oven for at 350 for about I'm going to check it in about 15 minutes. Oh wow. Just going to fill the bottom with the orange soda. Just do a nice like just little level. Little bit more. White cake mix. Sprinkle this on here. Look at that color. Fresh cut strawberries. Look at that. We're just going to place them in around the cake right here. Pretty. Look at that color. This is what I look for whenever I'm cooking. I want stuff to be pretty. I want stuff to be bright. I want stuff to be nice and delicious. So, this is something that I love to do with my cakes. It is right here. Let's do that. What does this do? Well, we're we're doing like a Pac Man pattern right now because we want the butter to not just sit in one place. Want it to be throughout the cake. So, I do this Pac Man pattern. It really helps disperse everything. You see what I'm doing here? Mm hmm. Look at that. I see that. That's good. Yeah. Okay and then it's just right there. Strawberry, orange. Look at that. Mmm. Okay. Now, we're going to go to the oven. We're going to plop this in for about 30 minutes at 350. We're going to try. The the recipe says 38 to 42 but we burn stuff a lot. So we're going to try to not do that. And we're going to also because the top make it brown and we might put some aluminum foil. Mhm. Tim. We're going to make our glaze for our lemon monkey bread. Some powdered sugar. One cup of powdered sugar. Mhm. And then two to three tablespoons of lemon juice. Okay. 100% lemon. And this is going on our lemon monkey bread. Yes. Oh shoot. Shoot we do. Okay well. That was like four. Yeah we'll put two in there and that's try it. Let's just see how it looks because I don't this is going to be our icing but are we sure it's going to be enough? Yes it's just a drizzle over it. Okay. It's not like a big topping. Oh it it is turning pretty creamy. Yeah. Put that mixed up nice. And then you want one. We're going to try instead one to two drops of yellow food color. I'm going to do one. Mhm. My hand will let me. Okay let's try one. It comes out red. That's interesting. Oh, that's very yellow. Yes. I mean I think it turned out pretty great. It tastes really good too. Let's see it. Okay. Oh. Oh that looks good. Our lemon monkey. We let it cool for a little bit in there. So it's looking really nice. Now we just gotta flip this baby. Okay. We just hope Charles sprayed it good enough. I think I did. Alright. Flip this thing. Three. Two. Whatever way you want to do it. Let's go this way. Let's see how this Things going. One, two. Come on. Is it out? Yeah but it's kind of come apart on. Let's see. Just just pull that piece off. Oh. Oh. It actually okay. So beside like put that piece on. Yeah. Yeah. Put that piece in there because it actually looks really good. And it's not the the glazing is because of that pudding. Yeah. And so we got a few stuck in there. That's probably my fault. We didn't grease it but we can grease it. We we going to put this piece right back together. No one will ever know. Look at that. Confectionate sugar and lemon juice. And we're just going to top it over there. Mhm. Alright, I'm ready to eat this like yesterday. Yeah, do it like that, Cam. Look at that. My gosh. Kim. It turned out pretty. It turned out really pretty and it looks I cannot wait. I'm going to try this. Skit a piece. Oh it's hot. That's really good. So oh god. Mm. Oh look at that. I know. Oh that's good. Excellent dessert. Yeah. Cast iron skill. Look how beautiful that looks. It's bubbling. It's like the perfect golden brown. And then under is the delicious gravy. And then the last thing we're going to do just to make it a little pretty is add a little bit of parsley on top. Voila. Wow. Looks so good. Alright, let's dig into this bad boy. Looks delicious. Tastes delicious. Alright. Okay. The bread just flakes so nicely with the gravy around top. That's pretty good. It just melts in your mouth pretty much. The bread is so soft and fluffy. Yeah. That's so. Alright. What do we got here Kim? Okay. How's it looking? Peach cobbler. Our peach cobbler. Wow. Look at that butter on it. It looks like it's Well, I think we must have had a little mishap. What happened here? I believe we're not at my home and I'm not familiar with this stuff sometimes. I believe we used all-purpose flour instead of self-rising is why we don't have some nice peach cobbler. I bet it still taste good. I bet it taste good too but it's not going to be fluffy and scrumptious as well. Alright, let's try it up. Okay, I'm going to try try this in See because it it's not that it didn't get done. It's that it's not it's used with all purpose. I like it looks good. It looks like a soft gelatin type. Yeah it's just that nothing get rise. It didn't have the baking soda to rise it. Mm. You know it kind of reminds me of egg custard. Oh **** I wouldn't eat that. What do you what do you how do you feel? One to ten. I would give it a eight. I mean it's still good. Mm. Let's see what this chubby do. Show me that. Mmm. Show me that. Look. Slow down just a little bit. Mmm. Oh, it smells delicious. Let's go do our topping now. That looks so good. Nice breakfast dish. Yes. One-pan breakfast. Okay. We'll take some of our icing. Kimberly Land. This looks delicious. And put a little powdered sugar over it. Oh. Just a little sprinkle. Just a little dusting of powdered sugar. Little dusting. What else can we put on? Maybe just a little dusting of our cinnamon toast crunch. Oh I love that. Cinnamon rolls, some. We got another taste tester. Okay. Okay. Looking good. Okay, I need to get a whole one because. You don't want that. I don't need to eat that much of it. Just try you a little bite. But it looks awfully good. Mhm. Was that good? It is delicious but I'm a big strawberry fan. It looks good. Now, those strawberries really help it. Mm hmm. Okay. It's yummy. Kimberly lamb. Does it matter it's how you do this. You just scatter it all over. I just scatter it. This is just sugar and cocoa powder. Yes. So this dish is just pretty much sugar, right? If you're diabetic, you might want. Sugar and bread. Hey, this is my hand. Okay, we'll get it on. And I know it does look like, oh my goodness, how much are you, but you use a whole bowl. Our peach cobbler. Look at that. That butter on it. It looks like it's Well, I think we must have had a little mishap. What happened here? I believe we're not at my home and I'm not familiar with this stuff sometimes. I believe we used all-purpose flour instead of self-rising. It's why we don't have some nice peach cobbler. I bet it still taste good. I bet it taste good too but it's not going to be fluffy. Yeah. So, scrumptious as well. Alright let's try it up. Okay I'm going to try try this in here. Oh yeah. See because it it's not that it didn't get done. It's that it's not it's used with all purpose. I like it looks good. It looks like a soft gelatin type. Yeah it's just it didn't get rice. It didn't have the baking soda to rise it. You know it kind of reminds me of egg custard. Oh **** I wouldn't eat that. What do you what do you how do you feel? One to ten. I'm going to give it a eight. I mean it's still good. Mm. Alright so this one looks. Looks beautiful. Yes it does. I don't even need apples much but I believe I might have to try this. How was it? Ice crust. I'm joking. It's delicious. Recommend doing this. Did it for 30. **** Alright. Let's open the oven. Oh my god. Oh my gosh. You can just smell. Oh goodness. Won't burn your fingers. Oh my gosh, Kim. After work, you burn yourself. Yes, buddy. That looks really good. Delicious and now, look. That looks good. It's melting. It does smell good. You see it? Hot. Oh. Yeah, see that. That's and then you drizzle this over it. There's your chocolate copper. Wow. We got some blueberry pie filling. Mmm. Put dump it in the pan and then a can of crushed pineapple. Dump it in Now I'm going to stir this fruits together kind of. Cake mix. Okay. And we're just going to sprinkle it over. Just all over the cake? Yes, just all over the cake. Then, I'm going to just kind of spread it out evenly. Well, with your little finger finger fork. Yes, it's pretty and then you'll take, you know, once you get that done, you'll take half a cup of sundrop Add for a little moisture. Okay, I love that. And one and a half sticks of butter. Okay. And you just going to place your butter It's all about in here. Then all you gotta do is put it in the oven. On 350. 350. We'll check it in about 50 minutes. We're ready to bake. Believe it'll be delicious. Mhm. We've got four ounces of cream cheese. Take four tablespoons of unsalted butter softened. That in there. A cup of powdered sugar. And a teaspoon of vanilla and we'll blend it all together. And a fourth a cup of whole milk. That just helps with the consistency. We're going to blend it together. Looks like very wet. Alright, Kim. Okay. We put the aluminum foil over it. Does it burn? Yes, because the top gets real brown. Oh, look at that. That needs to cool for 10 minutes before we flip it. Oh my gosh. It looks really good. It does look really good. It's going to be beautiful. Mhm. We're just going to flip it over and do our icing. Yes sir. I hope I put enough spray on it. So smack it. Yep. Hope I have enough spray. Did you smack it? Yeah I smack it. Smack it hard so it gets out. Is it out? It's out. Are you sure? Okay. Peekaboo. Look at that. That's like a legit cinnamon roll bun cake. Oh it smells delicious. Look at that. And then we're going to do our icing. Don't just take your icing. Look at that. Just put it on top. Does it burn? No, it's soft. No, it's not. No, it's off. We'll cut it open and see what works. Here, do it this way so I can see a little bit. Yeah. I'm sorry. Look at that. It says just let it drizzle. Just let it drizzle over. Over it. Mm hmm. How do you eat a bundt cake? Do you just cut it into pieces or? Yes. See how the little lines. Oh my gosh. I can't wait to cut this open. I'm sure it's going to look really good inside. Wow. Nutella. You going to cut a piece of? Yes. Oh yeah, that just falls right apart. Yeah, they got little lines for bunk cakes. Oh, you're right. So, you can just cut it. Yeah. Look at that. Oh, that's perfect. Look at that. We need our taste tester now. Alright, taste tester. What is your rating? Seven point nine. Okay. What could what could be done better about this one? Maybe cook just a tad bit less. The outside's just a little bit. We probably should do 40 minutes instead of 4five. Yep. So good. I didn't see how this one looks. Looks beautiful. Yes it does. I don't even need apples much but I believe I might have to try this. Look how the butter melted on. Yeah look at that. This is just the stuff we have. I know. Just cabinet desserts. Mm. That looks so good. It does look good. Can't wait to top it. Alright we got our apple pie. Dip us out a little piece here. Oh. Oh look at that. Oh that looks Good. Nice and layered. Yes. And then you're going to add some vanilla ice cream. Look at that. We got Blue Bell, the best ice cream. Around. And let's try this. It's a little hot. Mm hmm. Taste good. Mm. Alright, let's see how it looks. Oh, I see cherries bubbling. It's raised. Okay. You can't really see. We'll cut it open and see how it. We'll flip her. Oh yeah, we'll flip it up over. Alright, let's see what we got, Kim. Don't burn yourself, please. I'm not. I thought you're about to pick that thing up. It might be better just to flip the thing over. Yeah, it would be. Okay we run out run out of pockets. Okay. Okay flip that. One. Two. Three. Look at that. Wow. We got a little check it. Yeah. Got a finger marked from the flower. Alright, Kim. How's it looking? Oh my. Smells still a bubbling too. Look at that. That looks really good. Now, we gotta get our taste tester. Where's he at? Duck cake. Ooh we're getting some ice cream to go with it. Yes. Vanilla ice cream is this cake is they said is best served warm. Oh it is? Yes so. Look this is a cake or a cobbler. It's a dump peach dunk cake. It looks like that cobbler you make. It does look like peach cobbler almost. You ready to try this? Yes sir. Okay. It even smells buttery. Look at that. It does look like a cobbler. It's supposed to be a little runny like that or not. Yes. Yes it is. Okay. He don't burn his mouth. Well let's blow on it for a second. Blow on it. Gotta get him a Use the ice cream and you should cool it off. That one has to be ate with the spoon. Yeah, I'll be, I'd be, I'd blow on that. That's pretty hot. Yeah, I'd blow on that. It's too hot. I know it's just really hot. Tastes a lot like peach cobbler. What would you give it?
