Cut the bananas in half length-wise; if you’re using a regular banana, cut in half and then in half again length-wise 2. Cut the jackfruit into thin strips 3. Roll the banana in brown sugar and make sure it’s covered completely 4. Place the sugar coated banana and some jackfruit in the lumpia wrapper 5. Roll it up and use small dabs of water to seal it 6.
