I honestly feel like the hardest part of this DIY is the measuring, planning and picking the mouldings.

The installation itself is a breeze once you've got your design in place.

How it looks is up to you but here's my measurements below for reference...

My wall width 438cm
Height to picture rail 233cm
Floor to ceiling 288cm
Gaps between outer moulding 10cm all round this includes height from skirting boards and down from picture rail etc
Gaps between inner moulding is 5cm
Height of top outer mouldings is 144cm
Height of lower outer mouldings is 60cm
