Eyeliner is tough enough on its own, but if you’ve got hooded eyes, it can seem like a completely different game. Hooded eyes have a unique structure where the skin from the brow bone partially or fully covers the eyelid, which makes makeup a bit more challenging. Traditional eyeliner techniques often vanish into the crease or smudge easily, leaving many to wonder if there’s a better way to make their eyes pop.

So I have hooded monolids (i.e. single eyelids with no crease, with most of my lids folding into itself), so as you can guess, this poses problems when it comes to lining my eyes, because my line disappears into my eyes as soon as I open them if I line them the mainstream way.
