This apple cake is jam packed with apples, walnuts and honey. Not overly sweet, it is a perfect snacking cake delicious for breakfast or dessert!

3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
4 apples peeled, cored and diced ( I used Granny Smith)
1 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a Bundt pan

In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
