If you like extra bubbly focaccia, this recipe will produce that result every single time. The full recipe is below. Here are a few tips: Always double check your yeast and make sure it has not expired. If the bread does not rise, expired yeast is most likely the reason. Make sure you oil your pan generously. Focaccia craves olive oil, and you want to make sure the bread doesn’t stick to the pan. When dimpling the dough, use only your fingertips. You can substitute instant yeast for the active dry yeast.
