We are finishing up our addition and I was ready to build shelves in this little alcove in the office. I’ve done a few similar builds to this, but made some tweaks to make this one even easier! What I used: plywood 1x2s 1x3s 2x4s screws caulk and wood filler paint I started by building a base with 2x4s. I attached this base to the wall, right into the studs.
